Downtown Nashville has become a world renowned tour destination. I don't know if it's the live music, the honky tonk dance floor or all the beautiful people but something is certainly drawing people to the music city. The recent boom of nashville has affected all areas of the city but downtown may be taking the cake as arguably the hottest part of all of Nashville. Just walk around downtown for a while and you can't help but notice all the new restaurants, new buildings being constructed and all the first class entertainment that has flooded the city. Nashville is seeing over 85 people moving to the city a day which downtown is much to blame for this new demand in Nashville real estate.

When I have friends come visit Nashville for the first time downtown is always a must. Its definitely the tourist hot spot but for anyone's first visit to the music city it's the place to be. Broadway is the beating heart of music city with all its flashing lights, live music and bushwhackers flowing till 3 am. When walking by the bars you are liable to see Steven Tyler just stop by and lay down some time on the keys at big bang pianos bar or see a country music star up on the stage of a local honky tonk bar. There is always something going on downtown which has led to the real estate becoming more and more of a premium everyday.

When downtown it's a good idea to have a good meal on the stomach before hitting the bars. There is a great variety of food that will please any visitors palette. Whether it's cheesy tots at Paradise Park around midnight or a fat juicy steak at the Palm there is something for everyone. Just walking around downtown it's impossible not to be drawn in by the smell of all the amazing grub. One of my favorite newer spots to eat some good local food on the strip is at Acme Feed and Seed. It's the local hangout on Broadway that serves up the best southern cuisine bar food in Nashville. With its old timey modern feel and it's big live stage it's hard not to rack up a big bar tab because you don't want to give up your seat. The food downtown is just a pre game for the real action on Broadway.

If its live music and dancing that gets your heart pumping Downtown Nashville is the place to be. No matter which bar you hit up there will some kind of live entertainment. This might be why Nashville has become the number 1 bachelorette destination in the America and every hotel downtown is always booked up. If you're not here for the honky tonks then there are still many options for entertainment. The best part of Broadway is that it's walking distance to the state of the art Music City Center, Sounds Stadium, Ascend Amphitheater, Bridgestone arena, the Ryman or the Nissan Stadium. This combination of good music, food and entertainment has taken this little city of Nashville and turned it into a true destination spot.

When it comes to Nashville real estate all the of things I have listed in this article can be attributed to helping it thrive. Downtown’s future only looks bright and prosperous for years to come. The real estate market of downtown really is in its own little bubble that continues to bring visitors and investors in to enjoy its atmosphere and crazy honky tonks. The new slogan for this booming market has become “What happens in Nash Vegas stays in Nash Vegas!”.
