BRENTWOOD

Class and elegance shine through this area which make for a great family location

AREA HOTSPOT FOR WEALTHY FAMILIES

What is it that makes Brentwood arguably one of the hottest suburbs in Nashville? It could be the perfect location in between Franklin and downtown Nashville. It could be all the great public and private schools like Brentwood Academy. It could be all the great restaurants, bars and shopping within a short driving distance like the cross corner bar. One thing is for sure this affluent suburb of Nashville is like its own little town with everything you could dream of when looking to put down some roots. Just take a drive through some of the neighborhoods and you will be blown away by the immaculate homes and nice cars that seem to be all over the roads. It is one of those neighborhoods any parent would want to raise their kids.

When it comes to finding a great place to live and raise a family schools are always at the top of the wish list. Brentwood Real estate is always a hot commodity because it is known for its great schools. Any parent can tell you that where and who your kids go to school with can make a huge difference in their future. That mentality has made Brentwood real estate always have an outlook of high demand and low supply. Everyone wants to able to send their kids to the great Brentwood schools. This middle upper-class neighborhood is like one of those really nice places you see in the movies where everyone takes care of their lawns and kids are playing in the street. If family is a big concern Brentwood is the place to buy real estate.

One of my favorite things about Brentwood is the convenience to a great variety of food choices because of its great location. Cool Springs is just a short drive from Brentwood. For people that don't know about Cool Springs, it is largest shopping mall in Nashville. It is bustling with people everywhere. The neon and restaurants signs every ¼ mile instantly draws you in. My personal favorite local restaurant has to be Bricktops. I would put its thirty dollar Filet against anyone in all of Nashville. It has a great local atmosphere with a menu that has a variety from some of the best sushi in town to a juicy steak. Just take a drive around Cool Springs so you can see all the great eateries where anyone in the car can find something they like. It's hard to find a bad place to have dinner in and around Brentwood.

Probably the biggest attraction to this great area of town is the awesome shopping. The first time I ever came to Cool Springs as a kid was to go back to school shopping. I remember thinking I had never been to a mall so big with so many different shops. This is still true today with not just mall shops but also great retail shopping around Brentwood. There are plenty of options for visitors when it comes to finding the perfect gift, decorating a home or dressing to impress. It could be a trendy local boutique or a national retailer like Nordstrom there is something for everyone. A shopaholic can easily get their fix if they buy into the hot Brentwood real estate market.

Brentwood Tennessee real estate has benefited just like every other part of Nashville but it's almost like this neighborhood has had its own little real estate boom. With the median home prices being almost half a million dollars and the average mortgage around 2,500 a month this convenient neighborhood on the Nashville map is on its way to being the most expensive area to live in all of Nashville. If you have the means and you are looking for a great place to live Brentwood is a sure bet.
